Name not in voter list

I have submitted all supporting etc so that my name can be included in voter list but it has been 5 years since i am married and my name doesnt appear in my husband area voting list.

How can i vote when i name is not present. I strongly feel that goverment need to first do their job perfectly to include desired candidate in their voter list and incase of any issues, intimate them in advance so follow uo action can be taken
