Missing delivery

Dear Sir,

My name is Celina Franco Ramos and I am a Swedish citizen.

I am writing this letter because I have not received 2 religious objects: one wristband, 27 beads and one mala, 108 beads, 7 mm size, in white color, rainbow moon stone that Md. Shahlal Ahmad sended to me by January 20th, from his store Mumtaz & sons, shop no 29 6 47, Mahabodhi shopping Complex, Opp. Mahabodhi Maun Temple Bodhgaya, Gaya (Bihar) India-824231.

The 2 stone malas were delivered from the local post office i Bodhgaya by January 20th to the following address in Sweden:

Since the delivery never reached my address I wrote to Md Ahmad who went to the post office in Bodhgaya to enquire about the delivery although they have been able to provide any information yet.

I would appreciate your help to track my order.
