To the officer of the ABN AMRO BANK, i am having ABN card for nearly two years. I am facing so many problems in the statment. The tele callers persons are not resposding the queries properly and also

givng some wrong commitments.

I have told by one of your tele officer that there has been reversal has been made in my card

for the late fee, financial fee, overlimit fee & financial charge.

It has not happended, so i have stopped maying payment to the ABN bank from August o8 to october 08

Suddenly one fine morning coming from your agency that i need to pay Rs 13856, and if i doesnt

make the payment my name will be inculded in default list. Then i made the payment for RS

Then the agent person has told me that he will sort out the issue and get me fresh statment so that

i can finally pay the total amount and close of this issue. But till today i have got the reversed statement.

So kindly check and revert me back on this issue.
