MY CAR: Please answer this letter and come clean!!!

Subject: Forgery, financial loss and mental agony caused by your company.
Dear Sir,
1. On November 1 morning I decided to buy a car for my wife, Swati Tiwari.
2. The same morning at around 0930 Hrs we made a visit to your showroom for buying an Alto Lx. Record with your showroom.
3. We decided to buy Alto Lx from your showroom as we were offered a discount of Rs 10, 000 Rs 9000, if we went for bank loan.
4. The same moment at around 1030 Hrs we paid Rs 4, 000 as booking amount vide dated 1//11.
5. We were told that we would be delivered car by evening as by that time the bank would have done formalities of sanctioning loan amount.
6. In the evening we were called by your showroom to take delivery of car after signing bank agreement and paying Rs 41, 376 vide receipt No. REC07003825 dated 1//11.
7. Thankfully car was delivered to us after making us sign several cheques and documents.
8. We were told that car has been insured as we had paid for the insurance amount before we took it out of showroom.
9. Though Rs 10, 000 discount was subtracted from the total amount but Rs 9, 000 were not. We were told that when the sale letter and other papers will be sent it would be given back to us.
10. Sensing foul-play, I made the sales-executive T Mansih to write that Rs 9, 000 are remaining to be refunded behind the receipt of down payment.
11. At the same time we were told that within a week we would be delivered all papers and sale letter etc so that I can proceed for car registration with RTO.
12. To utter dismay the papers were not given to us despite several reminders. I have all telephone records to prove this.
13. After over a month when I became stern in my request I was given an invoice and a sale letter which surprisingly is of back date. Invoice is dated 31/10.
14. On 31/10 neither we had contacted you, visited you nor we had any plans to buy a car. How come you can give an invoice which is back dated. – This is a definite forgery of records.
15. Off course the sale letter issued to us is of 1/11 but was delivered to us on 18/12, after full one month and 18 days. After we were told that we need to pay Rs 1405 even after Rs 9000 we were supposed to get. We paid Rs 1406 instantly the moment we were informed.
16. Also your showroom did insurance from afternoon of 2/11 while charged money in advance. Another breach of trust we were under impression that the car being driven is insured but it went without it for full one day.
17. Recently we got a letter from ICICI Bank which says that our loan application form was dated November 17, which means that there is inconsistency in records. If the loan was sanctioned after 17/11 why you are giving me sale letter of 1/11.
18. Even, if you had issued a sale letter on 1/11 why it was not given to us as it us now resulting in a penalty of around Rs 2000 at RTO.
19. All this has caused (a) delay of one month 18 days in giving sale letter by your side (b) forging invoice by making it in back date (c) keeping in dark about insurance time and date (e) giving us mental agony of not having a sale letter of the car (f) keeping us under huge risk of driving a vehicle which was not registered, (g) penalty at RTO.
20. In view of above facts my humble submission is please come clean on this issue by writing me back and paying me the penalty amount which I will be giving to RTO.
21. If you fail to reply this letter within seven days of its receipt, I will be free to use the option of going to media through a press-conference and later consumer court.
