Dear Sir: My dala has sent a email that "pay 99 and get a change to win i-pad if you not win then will get 10% refund"

I have paid this amount after that i asked for refund then they said we can give you points, can't refund my money in my card.

They are cheating with consumers they have no right to misguide to consumer with wrong advertisement.

can you please look into this.
