Hi This is to enlighten you that i Furqaan Ahmed i m the insurance holder of (ARC) my old insurance card number HN050679855 & my new insurance card number is JU051790763. I meet with the accident & the hospital is around 46, 000 & they have given the cheque of 40, 000 & actually bill is 46, 000 & the company has paid 40, 000 & remaining 6, 000 they are not willing pay to me, hence i request you do need full as my hospital bill is more than the amount of 46, 000. I m in great financial problem so i request u kindly provide me justices.
