Plots not registring to land dispute, near shamsabad airport

Mythri constuction, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad offered plots venture at Gullore village of Maheshwaram mandal R.R dist. near Shamshabad Airport. There is one old age broker name Sajja Surya Narayana a big lier. Used to laid ads on internet as the venture has approved by HMDA. Its totally false, I paid 50% Rs. 70000 of net amount and the GM of the company said he will gat approval from the SBI property loan then he shall process the plot registry. But almost one year finishes he did fulfil his promise as the land is under letigation and not approved from HMDA. After follow up the company issued a cheque 10 times it bounced within 6 months. So far it is in the pending.

Kindly guide me what action should be taken. For your kind information am an NRI.
