Dear Sir.
I have a pre paid vodafone number since last 9 or 10 years. This was taken through corporate connection in my husbands (S.G. Raghunath) name. Last two three months I am constantly complaining to your customer care department regarding the news, alerts, updates. With effect from march 1st 2009 on wards regulerly I am in touch with your customer care department. You THE VODAFONE is cutting my money & not stopping the Alerts. Now I am writting a letter to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India by registered post. You will get a copy of that soon. This action I took after a number of request.
