Negligence of Nokia care Rourkela towards rectifying the fault in my mobile

Date of purchase: 27.08.2008

Deposited in Nokia care Rourkela (Payoja services) for technical verification of fault (power, phone locker, not responding trans receiver and after call keypad automatic run) on 9th July having job sheet number 632504886/090709/2 within the warranty period.

2nd time again was deposited at the same center on 21st July with the fault (connectivity, no Bluetooth connection along with above repeated complains.

Nokia Care Rourkela is not responding towards my problem either to repair or replace. it kept my mobile for a long period and returned after the warranty is over without correcting the fault. i appealed him politely for the problem but he blatantly telling to take to the notice of Nokia Company or go to the Consumer Forum against Nokia Company.

Getting this reply, I approach the secretary Consumer front to take my case. He advised me to make a last appeal to the company for repair and replace of the mobile. Hence i request, you instruct Nokia care Rourkela to replace my mobile.
