For inefficient service system & taking very much time for reparing

I had give my N-72 mobile on 15sep 2009 job sheet no. 526504867/090915/100 because of boot failure.

Nokia care give me time-limit for 20 days.when i asked them on 20th day they add one more week or ten days. I need my mobile very urgently. The big companies like you doing service in this manner just taken away trust from you. Hope you will give me my phone as early as possible.
