Egarding headphones volume keys, of the right headphone

Sir,

recently i have purchased N73 HS16 from Suskisha Urban State Phase I Jallandhar. Punjab.for Rs 14270 /- which is dearing price for me. I hav gone to every nokia care in Jal. and Shimla. But problem is not solved. And now i m frustrated, and i m lodging a complaint. Problem is of the volume Keys which are on the back side of the right of the head phone and its sound quality is also not good as compared to smaller head phones.

Sir either tell them to replace or return the price of the set.
