I am krishna Badireddi living with family in Australia from past 10years and visit india once in every3-4 years and always visits Tirumala for 4-5 days everytime i come to india.
In aug' after my sisters wedding, we have booked three guest-houses at padmavati gardens which are 2000rs per day. the worse service has started from the day one & from first hour. We have been given guest houses where toilets are in bad shape and aren't working at all. No one had listened to our reports for 2hrs. When I wanted to officially complaint, I was pushed around like a ball from one place to other.
In the mean time, I have seen they are officially offering guest houses for 4000 - 5000/- and I was frustrated to see after 3 hr they haven't given us accommodation for the entire family. we have small2 yr old kid & elderly parents.
At last, when they have seen my dad getting sick, they have offered "Balaji Guest House" and remaining guest houses nearby after 4hrs.
On the third day, we were got stuck in darshan and we were literally late by 15mins and they have made us to pay 2000rs as fine. I have seen the disgraceful, disrespectful attitude of EO there, which he sold the guest house for 5000rs in front of my eyes.
He has no fear and dared me to complaint to anyone I like.
Is there anyone can stop these idiots running their corruption business in one of the greatest-pilgrim place. Please let me know how can I get justice and I promise will go to any extent to get these idiots out of there.
