Attery backup low application slow hang

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Nokia mobile phone on 27/9. Details of the phone are given below:

IMEI No : 355718021259856

After two days the phone starts troubling. There is very low battery backup, very slow application, and it start hang up. I complaint in your Nokia service centre they deposit my set for service/checkup.

The Job sheet no. is 1500304865 dated: 13/10

But there is no favorable response from your side. If the company like Nokia did these types of things then what else do we say?

I therefore, request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
