NOKIA CARE INDIA/NOKIA N73
REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY
I purchased my Nokia N73-music edition from a an authorised dealer Big Bazaar Bangalore, Karnataka, on 21-09-08.After 4 months, it was hanging. I took it to the Nokia care at BANGALORE, karnatka, India. They took one day and repaired. Thereafter due to the same or other problem I handed over the set to the Nokia Care at Visakhapatnam and they are repairing the same and for which I am not satisfied. Now the set from 30-07-09 onwards has become dead. On 29-07-09 handed over to the Nokia center at visakhapatnam and in the same evening saying that bring it on the next day. On the job sheet I have returned as not satisfied. Again I handed over the set on 31-0709 and the job sheet no326465550/090731/22 Dt 31-07-09 and my set serial no. is 353548022435649.And they are informing the u/s that it may take a month. I request you to replace with a new set at the earliest.
