Sir,
your product N-78 (product code no- 0565647, purchase dt 11 oct) is found full of problems within hours of purchase. The travails of using N-78 is as under.
1 the product is undableto save the Mob Office settings sent by Airtel for GPRS activation and it was done manualy after lots of trouble.
2 the product is blue tooth and wi-fi enabled but its pc suit is unable to connect it to my Laptop of HP brand.
3 memory card shows no space despite der is barely anything stored on it.
4 the music player doesnt work. it refuses to play the songs which are already stored in memory card and keeps serching for music files without any result.
5 its voice starting bursting on loudspeaker mode and barely audible when internal speaker is on.
6 the outer case and scroll bar is of very cosmetic nature ie the shine has gone dull and the metalic rim
of scroll pad has developed a scratch.
7 i have shown it once to the nokia service service centre, indore (mp). they jus updated the pc suit and could not solve even one of the problems mentions above.
Nokia is a trusted bond and people using its product vouch for the quality of the product and customar satisfaction however; i found it absolutely misnomer. In this age of high end product with exhorbitant price nothing comes chip and same is the case with me. i am not requesting u for any favour to me but i would like to remind u that the product N-78 is launched in the market without adequate research and unresolved issues concerning various technologies. This is an urnest call to u for unconditional replacement of my product and an assurance consistent and reliable sercice will be provided in future. my contact no- 9784553073. looking forward for a positive rep.
