Landline Phone Dead

Dear Sir,

We are located in Bhosari (General block). Our two landline phones (27127056, 27127206) are often dead after 15-20 days.

We have written complaint to bhosari exchange couple of times.

Can you guide us which channel to follow? We are suffering heavy losses due to dead phone.
