Phone dead and internet problem

Dear sir

i want to draw your kind attention that my phone no 27844407 which is installed at my address ..plot no 44 new colony naya bans delhi 82 is dead from 23-02-09 . i have already made complaint at no 1500 vide complaint no 46900133 -dated&-23-01-09 but no action taken till date and i think that mtnl provided poor service. it is therefore requested to sought out the problem as earlier as possible.
