Passport delay 4 months

Respected Sir/mam,

I have applied renewal of my passport on 10th November at Reagional Passport office Chandigarh. The reference number is K020770. i visited to RPO office on 22nd January and met to Deputy Passport officer. she told me that my Police verification report is pending.

Now police verification also done and they dispatch my report to Passport office with dispacth number 15F dated 16.02.2009.

but i didn't get passport still now.

plz register the complaint and do the neeful.
