My employee Shri Pusa Oraon had submitted an application for issue of Photo Identity Card along with me. Whereas I have received not one but two identity cards but he has not. The details are as follows:-

He is very keen to exercise his franchise. May I therefore request you to issue the card and delivered before the date of election in Noida
