Non Receipt of Electoral Photo Identity Card

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Electoral Photo Identity Card on March 16th my Electoral Photo Identity Card No. NMJ 0680314. Unfortunately I did not get my Electoral Photo Identity Card. Because of this I could not able to get my Passport.

Please lodge this as a complaint & take necessary action to issue the Electoral Photo Identity Card.
