Delay Of Passport

Respected sir,

It is a very important issue of my life "Because My Wife is Pregnant in Newzealand". I have applied for

(1) Change of my District &

(2) ECNR

(3) PCC (Police clearance for NewZealand)

I visited to RPO CHD and filled an application with required certificate

They checked it and They charged Rs. 900 only

They told me that Your PCC ECNR Will be done within a week & You will Recive your passport within 10 days, by speed post.

I have attached all attested documents

Now i have check the statues, it is showing "Police Report has Not bean received".

Nobody is picking the 3 Enquiry phone line on 1/05 between 10am to 1 pm. mentioned on your website,
