Illegal Hawker creating Nuisance

I live at the Paliram road on the opp. side of Fidaibaug. Since some months a CHinese Food stall has illegally put his stall at the corner and is creating a huge nuisance for the residents around. This is creating the following troubles -

1. Noise Pollution

2. Loittering and dirtying the place around

3. The crowd sits and consumes alcohol seceretely out there and then passes comments on the passing crowd.

4. The road is super congested as it is a very busy junction.

This is really creating a huge nuisance and shockingly it is on the opposite of BMC office which brings us to really think whether this is how the BMC is tackling the illegal hawking. Please take immediate action and remove the same to restore peace and cleanliness in the area which is already over congested.
