Delay in issue of Passport

Sir

I submitted my passport application form on 10 Feb, 09 in Unnao. The police Enquiry was done in March, 09 but the enquiry status is showing "Police enquiry not received".

I request u to please look into the matter, help me to get my passport at earliest and also advice me what i can do on my part.
