MY COMPLAINT IS
I GOT AN SMS FROM AIRTEL ON 25TH OF DEC. THAT IF I RECHARGE FOR RS30 I WILL GET RS 6O TALKTIME &THE OFFER VALID UP2 3DAYS.I DID MY RECHARGE ON 26TH EVENING WITH A HOPE.I WAITED FOR 72 HOURS THEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE ONSATURDAY29TH THEY SAID TO ME THE DUE TO NON WORKINFG DAY I DIDNT GET D PROPOSED BALANCE MY REQUEST REFERNCE NO IS1231565283.THE NEXT DAY ALSO I CALLED THEM UP THEY SAID SORRY AND GAVE ANOTHERREFERNCE NO.1231572650.AT THE SAME TIME CUSTOMERCARE SERVICE CONFIRMED ME THAT I AM VERY MUCH ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER BUT VE TO WAIT FOR 1ST JAN.I WAITED BUT NO HOPE CAME TO ME THEN I AGAIN CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THE EXECUTIVE CONFIRMED ME THAT I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE SERVICE.AS I ASKED THE EXPLANATION HEDENIED TO GIVE.NOW MY QUESTION IS THIS WHY AIRTEL GIVES FALSE HOPE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND WHY WE R MISGUIDED BY D TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICE.MAY I GET MY PROPOSED BALANCE?
