Garbage collection and road repai

I reside in 4th cross, MV Nagar, Kalkeri Main Road, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. We are suffering from irregular garbage collection in our area. We are left with heaps of garbage as the garbage collector will come once in a while only. He comes everyday in the first week of every month to collect money. As there are no garbage bins anymore the disposal has become a menace.

Also, the road is very dusty. The autorities have come to tar the road 3-4 months back, cleaned the pit and went, but no news after that.

Please do the needful and oblige.
