Unwanted Credit Card Calls

I am getting unwanted calls from numbers like 01139195600, 01130891800, 01130835400. These calls are related to credit card sales and these have become regular. Even you cant sleep in the afternoon, because these calls are there to wake you up. Please provide me the contact number of appropriate authority or forum which can help me out.
