Passport not recieved

Dear Sir,

I checked the status of my passport online and it said "Furnish 3 photos signed by an officer"

I mailed 3 photos signed by the Megistrate, Nainital. It is almost 3 months now.

Today I checked the status again and it still says the same message.

Could you please look into this and update the message.

What is the next step, what do I need to do?

It is now more than 1 year I have applied for the passport.

Please let me know when and how can I get my passport.
