Dear Sir/madam,

my Landline phone no. 01795-267065 (of village Khokhra) not working for the past 15 days. complaint was registor twice over phone to the nalagarh BSNL office, but no body attended the problem till now. I hereby requesting you to please take the matter into consideration as soon as possible.
