Consignment not delivered

I had my consignment picked up by trackon couriers on the 13th of Oct 09, and out of 48 parcels only 28 have been delivered, rest 20 are not yet delivered, i had even called up the services but in vain, nobody is answering the queries, pls give me a solution for this.
