Pancard not yet received

Dear sir,

i have still not received my pancard yet, i had applied on 29/01/08. and application no. is 034580992 submitted at uti bank at juhu. my all other friends received their pan card in 15 days.

i request you to please send my pancard as soon as possible and let me know the status. kindly do the needful soon and oblige.
