I purchased a Acer Aspire one Laptop with original Windows XP Operating system. I had to pay extra for the same. But recently my system crashed and i lost all data. So I contacted Acer for the OS Cd so that i can install it myself. They said i have to bring my laptop to the service centre. I told them this is a licensced OS in my name and i have paid for it so why cant i get a copy but they refused to send the OS cds. I even told them i will bear the courier expenses. I requested them as i was not able to visit the service centre because of my busy work schedule and extensive travelling.
