NON RECEIVING OF ATM CARD

My ATM Card was broken and I have applied for a new ATM Card with IDBI, PHASE-3BII, Mohali Branch for about 25 days ago. Till date (18-8-11) I have not received the new ATM Card. I have visited the branch for a number of times. They said that they have sent the card on 9-8-11. I asked them show me the receipt of courier slip. They have no answer of this.
