I have purchase the big tv on dated 28.10.2008 vide order no.0000000001563274 & smart card no.000037605148 i contact many time to distibutor/dealer but no positive response .i am very unhappy to order the same in the market like dishtv, sun direct, tata sky instaal the same day after given order what is your company policy please clarify the same as soon as possible.
