Aspire 4530 Laptop problems

I bought an Acer laptop (Aspire 4530) two months ago (22 Jul 09). I have faced a lot of problems and it has already been to the service center 2 times and still the problem has not been fixed. Customer care asks me to call the service center and the ask me to call them. I have spent my money and I doubt my decision about acer.

The time and date of the laptop changes in BIOS after I shut it down or hibernate. I registered a complaint and went to the service center and they said that the battery contacts were not proper and they have fixed it. It still wasn't fixed. Then I had to re-open the case and this time they changed the motherboard. After getting it back from them, I tried it on all the MS OS which are in market (XP, Vista, 7). The problem persists on each of them. I am working in technology field and hence I can see that the problem is in the H/W as the BIOS time and date changes.

Service center people say that they have changed the board and that's the most they can do. Customer care people say that I need to contact service center. This is a new laptop. I think with a new laptop having so many problems, this piece should be replaced.
