Advance payment not adjusted in my current cell one post paid bill

I Rais Ahmed Propritor National Handicrafts, paid my Cellone 9412233100 may Bill Amount Rs. 692.00 thr. Intter Net Banking on 07.06.2009 with TXN ID TXC0706200900830 & Cell One Receipt no. 88888456991 because of not confirmation I again made transfer Rs. 692.00 on 09.06.2009 vide TXN ID TXC0706200900827 & Cell One Receipt No. 88888459631 By PNB Net Banking.

Both the Transaction was Success & Two times 692.00 Rs. debited from my accont.

Now when I received my June Bill, I got surprised that diffrence of Rs. 692.00 was not adjusted then I contacted to Junior Account Officer, Guru Dwara Road Telephone Exchange Mr. Bhagwati Prasad for this second transaction but unfortunetly he faild to trace my payment & told me that BSNL not yet received 9th June payment So we ca't give u cradit of Rs. 692.00.

So Sir I request to senior account officer of Western Circle of BSNL kindly check the Transaction & adjust Rs. ^92.00 in my next bill & oblige.
