I have an acer laptop whose battery backup was very poor on complaining in the service center it has been replaced but I dont think with a new one bco'z still its battery backup is weak. The adaptor was also defective and not working properly as it has been checked and cleared by the service center engineers. The adaptor has not been changed and the adaptor which has been provided to me is a repaired and used one since it ought to be changed by a new one. The most rediculious thing is that engineers of the service center and whoever the employees are have really no manner at all and they try to threat us and even behaved very ill mannered and in a illetrate way. I complaint in "AFFORESERVE SERVICE CENTER, PATNA" Exhibition Road. Plz take some strict action as soon as possible.
