My Phone No. is 0120-2882420.But the Online duplicate bill not available

There are always huge problems with BSNL Ghaziabad.

Bill generated on 1st of every month is still not recieved on 17th.

If I try to see online duplicate bill on: http://www.upw.bsnl.co.in/ghaziabad/

Then most of the time their website is down, else it displays that No Duplicate bill available.

BSNL do not understand that they are legally bound to provide monthly bills to customer.

But thus sarkari company think that they are doing charity.

Please advice how to see my bill. I hope BSNL, Ghaziabad should improve the quality of Customer Service. Otherwise it is not far for the department to struggle for her survival.
