Poor product and worst service

Hi,

I bought an acer netbook (MODEL AOD250) on 31 oct. The next day i found that the machine hangs if you try to play songs. When i took the machine back to the seller (Its acer distributor located in Aundh, Pune) they said its because of virus, so they formatted the machine and reinstalled windows. But the problem persisted, then i was told it has some problem with the speaker. The machine was connected to external speakers and even that could not help. All this Cleary showed that the machine has a problem with the underlying hardware.

I asked for a replacement as my machine is only a week old and i have not paid for a new netbook and not for a repaired piece. The acer dealer is not listening to me and is instead putting the blame that the machine has been mishandled and she disconnected the line showing no interest in looking into the matter.

Now its almost 10 days that my machine is lying with these people and my work is held up. I am doing a consult project for a US based firm and any delay in the delivery would affect my revenues as well as my client relations. I would like acer to bear all these costs as they gave me an unreliable and faulty machine.
