Dear sir,
This is to bring your kind notice that i lost my car PB08-Q326, on 29th March at gurgaon. Immediately, i registered FIR in the near by police station and on the very next day i have informed regarding this incidence to National insurance authorities through written document. My complaint was registered at their gurgaon office. I kept following for my settlement in the branch office at sec-31, guragon for about 7 months. I submitted all the reuired documents twice to the authorities because once they lost the entire bunch. In between i had numerous discussion over the phone with the concerned authorities but nobody gave me any answer. Finally my claim file got shifted to Liluah branch (Kolkata) for the settlement. Since last 5 months, I have been inquiring about my claim from the branch officer but again no settlement till date.
This is nothing but set example of harrasment and mental torcher to an individual who has shown faith while consideration of insurance policy to none other but National Insurance. If organization like National insurance shows this gesture to settle theft vechile case, i dont know what will be the fate of those un fortunate people who lose their family member and expect insurance to pay the insured sum.
