Dear Sir,
I had filed a claim under Policy No. 4421352 regarding the accident in my car on 14/11. Subsequently all the verification processes have been completed and after nearly 6 months I am yet to hear the result of my claim. Hence I requested to furnish me an official statement indicating the current status of my claim and at what stage of processing it is currently under. But no actions was taken, my insurance expires on july 24th and till now my claim has nt been settled, we complained about this to National Insurance kolkata head office through an email, but then also we dint get proper response . this is extremely disappointing.
I have attached the complaint letter which I ve submitted to the National Insurance Regional office in chennai, as well as the head office in Kolkata.
