Damaging and Overcharging of Laundry Rates

Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice that National Laundry located at Ganga Complex, Naya Nagar, Mira Road - East, is willfully charging the consumer for the laundry wash, more over on damaging the clothes he simply refuses to pay the compensation against the lost/damage clothes.

Can some one take action against this malpratice.
