Not receiving the PAN card

I have same complaint. i have applied for PAN card through the online procedure on 8 Apr and the necessary documents are couriered to the NSDL office lower parel. and the document received properly. but still after two months i didn't get the pan card and PAN card status is still showing that the "application is under process at NSDL". i think it should not take more than one month after applying for PAN. then why such a delay in the process.

please kindly look into matter and arrenge to send the PAN card. my application number is 881020103633353.
