New PAN

Sir,

I have sent an application for PAN Card through Karvy Stock Broking Ltd. in the last week of September-07 and received acknowledgement bearing No. 031180300230074, dated: 12.10.2007 .

But till today i have not received my PAN Card or even my PAN number. So, I request you to look into the matter at the earliest and to take necessary action.
