Hi,

I had availed Naukri FastForward Services on 9th Nov by paying more than Rs 2000. However I am totally dissatisfied with the services provided. I was provided the initial draft which was satisfactory and I acknowledged some changes and requested some corrections. However the corrections I requested on were handled in a very unprofessional and careless manner. They were sending me the initial draft over and over again even after after I repeated told them that I have already acknowledged some of these changes and even sent them the latest resume. They also don't keep track of the email correspondences and always start a new conversation which makes it loose the history of communication exchanges.

I called their customer services to complain. They assured my case would be taken care of. And I see the same thing happening over and over again. Even In Jan they are again sending me the initial draft again. I have lost my patience in dealing with them and want my money back for the lousy services provided. Could you please help me get this resolved at the earliest? My unique CUSTOMER CODE is 111110CS539980 and TRANSACTION ID is 111110TS690430. Please let me know if you need proofs of my emails sent to them.
