I request your help in getting this issue resolved. I had used Pafex services to send a courier containing 2 Railway Tickets (Guwahati to Delhi for the 31st jan) and the AWB no is 770029779420. On the 28th of Jan when I enquired with pafex as to why the packet had not reached the destination, they reverted that they have lost the packet and are unable to trace it till now. There was no sense of apology or any solution. Infact the lady who spoke was rude and very casual in saying that "we cannot help it. It is lost".
Hoping that my complaint will be read and looked into by your forum.
