I bought a gold chain in nov.within 20 days it broke.i got it fixed by the navaras counter at big bazaar ambala from where i bought it.they told me it was fixed well.it broke again in the month of june.i again got it fixed.within 3 days it got broke again.so you see a chain that i spent a good amount of making has broken 3 times.when we buy something that is branded one doesnot expect to get such substandard stuff for a higher price than the normal market rates. Please let me know what im supposed to do about this as i feel really duped as ive bought jewellery worth more than 50 thousand from navaras itself..this chain that is broken costed me 20000 thousand rupees.
