On Oct 17th I have submitted court order to obtain mobile record for one particular number for the period of Aug through April. According to the order phone company has to submit the records to the court within 15 days.
The representative I met (Mr. Dhiren Dahiya - Amdavad) and gave him the order in person. He told me that they keep records for only ONE year. I needed these records for the criminal case investigation. From my talk with several law officials, I have learnt that mobile company keeps records for THREE years.
Obviously, Mr. Dahiya gave me false information. I have made several calls to reach him. But he is not reachable. Since I have not taken his signature for the receipt of my order, he may completely deny receiving the order on that day. In that case, I will make sure that his work ethics are being exposed fully to responsible departments.
Please kindly look into the matter. I need the records as soon as possible.
