We had sent one courier through DTDC Courier services in the month of Nov. 09. vide AWB No. Z99445783 dtd. 25.11.09. There was an important document in the envelop. It was a prepaid transaction.
Till date the same has not been delivered to the consignee & at a same time company has not responded in a proper manner.
Complaint regarding this was submitted to the local franchisee & through mails to their corporate id. Total communication is as below.
