Dear Sir,

This is regarding my bill payment to airtel. My mobile no is 9810336420 and Name is Navin kumar Nayan.

I have requested airtel customer care executive on 6th april to furnish bill on my mentioned Id so that I can get reimbursement for my bill from my company but they failed to send the bill to my mail id. Again I had contaccted Airtel postpaid executive on 1/5 for the same but I didnot get the bill. Afterwards I contacted local Airtel office at Nehru place and requested for the same and they gave me the service request no which is 21523723.

Apart from that I tried several times to customer care executive on 2/5 for the same but solution is not being provided yet.

Due to ignorance of the Airtel postpaid dept I am not getting reimbursement from my company and I am suffering from financial loss.

Kindly see vthe matter and take the immediate appropriate actio.
