Dear sir,

I have compalin towars the my broker Narendra kurani for many reaons which are undermention.

this is to inform you that write now i am in singapore and just today i shocked reading news papae being wrongly given my name in news paper.

Compalins paragraph wise:

1) i opened my trading account with mr. narendra Kurani who is broker of saurashtra stock xchange

and i bought few shares with them i asked brokerage to his son Mr. tushar then he said it will Be.40 percent then i said it is ok i trusted him and never seen my bills.

i bought sevurities of about 18 lakh from him, once i was checking i calculated it comes to about.70 paise means 30 paise more than his commitement.

whem i asked give me back he fighted with me and threat me to take me to police and sending gundas to my office for collection of money.

i did not had protection i paid money.

2) after about 45 days he against sold my securities which i never told to do so. he is saying that you told and now you give 1 lakh seventy thousand.

mr. tushar and his father both told so many bad words and threatened me to give me injury to hospital for no reason..

3) in past also he had not transfered my share and hence auction bills increasing brokerage and value of shares for making profit.

he is trying to mislead the whole case and tring to gether more people in stock exchange for his personal intrest of earning me.both the person Mr. tushar and his father having criminal minded people and i am looking for peronal security in india.

i have already hired One advocate Mr. Niranjan Daftary to handle my case and i am going to put complain to Police commisioner of rajkot, sebi governor and all news media once i reach to india that give me protection otherwise these people are having criminal mind and can do anything furhter to me and my family.

i kindly request you that take up the matter with saurashtra stock exchange and get it resolved before it gets burn and expose to media for no reason.it will lead bad impression of sebi and channel partner of yours.

may i also request you to take strict action against them and give them penalty for cheating people.

I am reserve bank approved money changer and having so much reputation in market.

by giving in newspaper in akila news he had misleaded my reputation for that i am going to appeal in scourt for tht matter.

please do the needful and reply me as soon as possible then only i will come to india.
